SpunLocal provides AI-enhanced local marketing services, including but not limited to Google Business Profile optimization, website development, review management, and local SEO strategies. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work for each client.

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are using our services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Our free local growth audit is provided at no cost and carries no obligation. Results are estimates based on publicly available data and our proprietary analysis. Audit findings do not constitute a guarantee of future performance or rankings.

While we strive to deliver measurable improvements in local visibility, rankings, and customer acquisition, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Search engine algorithms, market conditions, and competitive dynamics are outside of our control. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

All content, materials, and proprietary systems provided by SpunLocal remain the intellectual property of Leading Edge Data, LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client-provided materials remain the property of the client. Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for the client are transferred to the client, excluding our underlying tools, methodologies, and reusable frameworks.

Fees for services are outlined in the applicable Service Agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable. Recurring services are billed in advance. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

We treat your business information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to perform our services or as required by law. You agree to keep any proprietary methodologies, reports, or internal strategies we share confidential as well.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leading Edge Data, LLC and SpunLocal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms specified in the Service Agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately for violations of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
